The Queens’ Square 9 storey apartment development comprises 92 apartments for Morrison Homes. The development was inspired by the historic brick warehouse buildings in the vicinity with their timber loading ports and brick facades.

The building now overlooks the refurbished Custom House Square and was one of the first major apartment schemes constructed in this precinct.
