EXTENSION AT CYPRUS AVENUE


The Clients for this beautiful Georgian detached property in one of Belfast’s leafiest suburbs at Cyprus gardens, wanted to extend their family home and at the same time wanted to refurbish the existing house to modern standards.

In addition to rewiring, upgrading insulation and re-roofing a generous open plan family room was created with large sliding doors fronting onto a new terrace and overlooking the substantial south facing garden.
The gardens to the rear were relandscaped with a granite paved courtyard and extensive lawns and a dining terrace adjacent to the family room.

All of the existing historical features of the house have been retained
A side extension has been added to create generous utility room and side entrance. The Kitchen  was refitted and encompasess a top lit casual dining area.
